1.Applications:
Special molecular sieve for hollow glass is a kind of material of high affinity with water ,and it removes water in air and other impurities through the physical way of adsorption .

2.Purpose of using special molecular sieve for hollow glass
A. Adsorb the water in the air which was sealed in hollow glass during production.
B.?During hollow glass’s life time, adsorb the water in the air continually to keep the low dew point <-40℃> in hollow glass. After fixing windows ,the reason of water entering into the air is：
a.?Doing wrong with the aluminium frame faucet.
b.?Doing wrong with the airtight glue.
c.?The change of temperature causes the addition of hollow glass’s bending.
d.?Airtight glue’s moisture transmittance
C.?Adsorbing the volatile organic solute sealed in air during producing and the organic solute sealed in air during hollow glass’s life time.

3.Properties and merits
The static water adsorption of special molecular sieve for hollow glass is bigger than 200mg/g,but the speed of adsorption is lower than 0.6mg/g min, which avoided the bending phenomena appeared because of adsorption..

The main function of special molecular sieve for hollow glass is to adsorb the moisture in the air , which contain the moisture sealed in the air when hollow glass cohering and the moisture into the air during the whole life time of hollow glass. The second purpose for using the molecular sieve in hollow glass is to adsorb the solute in the air. These solutes are taken by some sealed glue ,paint ,or machine oil . The third problem for using molecular sieve is the ability dry adsorbs gases in the air. Filling with inert gas, such as argon of krypton can reduce the hot conductance and filling with sulfur hexafluoride can decrease the noise and reduce the hot conductance .The adsorption ability of special molecular sieve for hollow glass to water and solute changes with temperature. While temperature rises, the adsorption ability of dry decreases ,vice versa. Now the airtight glue many hollow glass production corporation do not produce the organic volatile gas, but there are some corporations still use toluene and butanone solute .These volatile solute must be adsorbed even in the condition of low dew point to avoid the chemical fog during the glasses of hollow glass. Using inert gas can improve the fuel efficient effect.
