Deoxygenating depth:
Nitrogen or argon separated from air could be purified to 1 ppm oxygen content after one deoxygenating step.
The content of oxygen can be reduced to 0.1 ppm possibly.
Operation instruction:
The product is already activated and could be loaded and used directly.
The space speed should be between 5000 to 10000/hr.
It¡¯s necessary to add hydrogen into the raw gas according to the oxygen content in gas.
Whether should the deoxygenant de pre-heated(to 50-80¡æ) or not depends on the oxygen content in raw gas.
The working temperature should be lower than 500¡æ.

Avoid being disabled by sulfide, chioride or water, otherwise it should be re-activated with heated hydrogen around 200¡æ for 4 hours. |
